Bookmarks

Laminated Small Bookmarks

These little laminated bookmarks are 5 x 3 cut from patterned card stock.  Each has the Bible verse Philippians 4:13.  I stamped a cross on the top.  On the reverse side I added "How To Be Saved" with scriptures references.
I have started to put one in each birthday card I send this year.
I sell these any of my bookmarks for $1 each or 10 for $8.

Paper Clip Cuties

Paper Clip Cuties

These are really cute ideas for little gifts that are very inexpensive. I used large 4 inch paper clips from Staples. They come 10 to a package. I punched out 2 scallops and a circle. In the middle of the circle I stamped an image on it. I attached the stamped circle to one of the scallops. I used a large glue dot on the back of the paper clip, then centered and attached the plain scallop. On the front I used another large glue dot and placed the stamped scallop, lining it up the back scallop. Press hard and you are done.

Cards for Kids

I make a lot of cards for family and friends, but it's harder to do ones for kids.  So I came up with a few that might work.  I hope this inspires you.

Beehive and Bees

These beehives were cut out on my Cricut.
Then I stamped bees all around it.
There are also bees stamped on the inside as well.
Sooo cute!  And fun to make.
You could also color the bees, which I might do yet.

Ladybug

This ladybug was also cut from my Cricut with butterflies
stamped all around.
Who said ladybugs have to be red and black?

Snails

Snails, snails and more snails cut from my Cricut again.
Simple, but cute.

Helicopter

Little boys love planes so on this one I just used a sticker.
I also put stickers inside, too.

Valentine's Day

It's a Valentine's Day Treat Box.  I decorated an Altoids tin and filled it with heart chocolates.  You can add a Bible verse or friendship quote to the inside front and back.  I stamped the top with some hearts, etc.  (The same stamps were used on the card below.)  Glue a ribbon on the outside and it's ready to go.  Great for little gifts for groups of people and doesn't cost a lot.  I made 16 of them for my BSF classmates.  They were a big hit.

Welcome to the Church Cards

Most of these cards can be used for any occasion, but I am using them for encouraging newly baptised folks at my church.  They all have Bible verses on the front and/or inside with room to write a personal message if you wish.  I typed the verses on my PC, but you could write them.  I didn't because my hand writing is terrible.  I hope you will think about doing this too.  It only takes a few minutes to send a card.  It will be very much appreciated by the one who receives it.  It means a lot when someone takes the time to think of others.

Paul gives us instructions on how to live a life pleasing to God and that we should encourage new Christians. "And we urge you, brothers, warn those who are idle, encourage the timid, help the weak, be patient with everyone. Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone else. Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. Do not put out the Spirit's fire; do not treat prophecies with contempt. Test everything. Hold on to the good. Avoid every kind of evil."
