Welcome to my craft blog. Thanks for stopping by. I am sharing with you my handmade greeting cards as well as other interesting crafts. I hope these will inspire you to send a card or give a little gift to someone who needs to know you are thinking about them. Perhaps your card will encourage their day. If you think you see something you like and don't want to make it yourself, I do sell most of these items I list. Blessings to you, Linda

Encouraging Cards

Welcome to the Church Cards
Most of these cards can be used for any occasion, but I am using them for encouraging newly baptised folks at my church. They all have Bible verses on the front and/or inside with room to write a personal message if you wish. I typed the verses on my PC, but you could write them. I didn't because my hand writing is terrible. I hope you will think about doing this too. It only takes a few minutes to send a card. It will be very much appreciated by the one who receives it. It means a lot when someone takes the time to think of others.
Paul gives us instructions on how to live a life pleasing to God and that we should encourage new Christians. "And we urge you, brothers, warn those who are idle, encourage the timid, help the weak, be patient with everyone. Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone else. Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. Do not put out the Spirit's fire; do not treat prophecies with contempt. Test everything. Hold on to the good. Avoid every kind of evil."
- 1 Thessalonians 5:15-22
